About This Experience

Teotihuacán is 90 minutes from Mexico City and most people arrive at 10am with 5,000 others. The site opens at 8am. I drive a maximum of 4 people there by 7:30am, we enter the Pyramid of the Moon as the vendors are still setting up, and climb the Pyramid of the Sun with the entire Avenue of the Dead to ourselves. I have an archaeology background and spend time at the murals in Tetitla that almost nobody visits. We're back in the city before the crowds even arrive.
